HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE DETAILS ON MY KULAR ACCOUNT?

It's important to check your Kular account every once in a while to make sure we have the correct details for you. Once logged in you Click the "Account" icon in the top right-hand corner of the website. Then just click on the relevant section of your account to change the details. You can add, remove and update:

  • Your delivery and billing addresses
  • Email Address

  • Payment card details
  • Contact preferences
  • Password

 

Once changed, remember to Click "Save" and the new details will be updated ready for you next time you shop. These changes will not affect any previous orders.

In order for us to help with any order or account issues, you must be the Kular account holder and only correspond with the registered email address provided so we can verify your details.

HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY BASKET?

  • Click the "My Basket" icon in the top right-hand corner of the website. 
  • Click the "Minus" (-) sign to reduce the quantity of the items added to your basket
  • Click the "X" sign to the right of an item to remove it completely from your basket

Holding a Kular Fashion account is free and means you won't have to enter your details every time you want to shop, you can add multiple delivery addresses, track your order and much more. 

Our online customers can also get the opportunity to register for our newsletter and avail of exclusively curated deals and content. 

Registered shoppers can save wishlists for future site visits. Once items have been added to your wishlist, you can opt to purchase them or email your wishlist to your friends, family, or colleagues. This means you can keep an eye on the price and stock level of items you are considering for longer!

We also provide a "Back In Stock Notification" that allows you to opt to be notified via an Automated Email when out of stock items become available to buy. All you need is a valid email address!

HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE?

If you already know what it is you're looking for, simply type it into the search bar at the top left side of the website and click the magnifying glass.

The departments of our store are displayed along the top of our website. Hover over "Men" or "Women" to reveal a further drop down menu of categories to browse.

You can also use the sort bar to the right of a category to arrange the products in order of price, relevance, newest in or alphabetically.

To refine your search further the left-hand side of the website displays a tick box filtering feature eg color, style.
