WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR ORDERS SENT TO THE UK?

All website orders must be returned to the returns address below with a complete returns form : missing information may lead to delays or the return not being processed at all.

It is the customer's responsibility to cover all return postage and packaging charges, save for when an item has been dispatched incorrectly. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during transit- responsibility will lie between the sender and courier service.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for any purchases returned within 28 days of date of purchase, provided that the goods adhere to our returns policy.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all tags, labels and packaging. The returns tag (where present) MUST be attached.
  • All items must be in a re-saleable condition.
  • No evidence of make up, fragrance or deodorant marks or smells.
  • With boxed items eg. footwear or gift sets, the box must be protectively packaged as it is considered part of the item.
  • Underwear and fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Items that are received that fail to meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer and no exchange/refund will take place.

I'M A UK CUSTOMER. HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS?

It can take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our headquarters and processed.

  • Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
  • We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
  • If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

You can return your item for an exchange within 28 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. An exchange can ONLY be given for the same item in a different size unless the original item is faulty. If you want to exchange for a different color, the price of both colors must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Leave a note on your invoice and send it back to us with the item as per our returns policy. The exchange postage is £3.99 for UK orders, £10.00 for orders within the EU and £15.00 for all other countries.
  • Include your order number
  • Include which items you’d like exchanged or refunded
  • Include the new size or color you’d like of the items to be exchanged

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGOT TO INCLUDE MY RETURNS NOTE?

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REFUND IF MY CARD IS NO LONGER IN USE?

If your card is lost, stolen or canceled, we can still refund to that card as long as the card account is still open.

DO YOU REFUND DELIVERY CHARGES IF I RETURN SOMETHING?

In the event of any orders being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within 7 working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
