• Care is recommended in cleaning to preserve the condition of your Lelli Kelly shoes. Avoid hard brushes, if machine washing it is advised to take out the leather insoles, put the shoes in two pillow cases (one for each shoe) on a cool wash (86 degrees) leaving to dry naturally.  Please note this is done at your own risk.

NOTE : No Lelli Kelly Refunds will be granted to items returned without the original box, labels attached or free gift included and must be in an unworn condition.
