COVID-19 - Changes to Delivery Service:

Due to the measures we have put in place to protect our team during the COVID-19 crisis, there have been some changes to our delivery service. 

The safety of our customers and team at Kular Fashion is our top priority, and we are following all government advice regarding COVID-19. In order to protect our online team, we have put safety measures in place, including strict social-distancing, reduction in shift numbers and have increased our high standard of hygiene. Due to these Coronavirus-related measures, we have reduced our dispatch days and our online team are currently operating at a reduced capacity. Dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a 1pm cut-off for same-day dispatch.

We are also working closely with Royal Mail to ensure the safe delivery of all parcels and, as a result, there may be some delays with Royal Mail services. Whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within the recommended time frame, Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm the next working day will change to by 4.00pm the next working day. However, Royal Mail will prioritise these parcels and aim to deliver them by the end of the expected delivery day. Due to a surge in online shopping, Royal Mail have been facing delays - this has been exacerbated by Coronavirus-related measures. International Deliveries:
As a retailer based in Northern Ireland (NI), our international services to EU destinations are operating as normal. As a result of The Northern Ireland protocol, Northern Ireland has in effect remained in the EU's single market for goods (England, Scotland and Wales have left the EU's single market for goods). This allows goods to flow to and from NI to the ROI and the rest of the EU as they did while the UK was a member of the EU, without customs checks, tariffs or new paperwork.

However, international deliveries may take longer to arrive due to Coronavirus-related measures.

Should you require your Royal Mail reference number, please send an email to and we will have this with you by the end of the working day. Unfortunately, our customer service team do not have access to any additional information at this time.

Local Click & Collect:
We are pleased to offer our customers a contactless click-and-collect service. Once your order is ready for collection, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm an allocated collection time at our main store entrance on Ferryquay Street. To ensure the safety of our team and customers, we ask that you adhere to this collection slot. We kindly ask that those who can to wear mask. You will need proof of ID (driving licence, passport, ID card, utility bill or payment card etc) when collecting your order.

Delivery Details (Pre-Covid):

Order by 2 pm for same-day dispatch Monday - Friday.

Standard Delivery For Orders Under £50 (£3.00): 2-5 working days (Please be advised, deliveries may take longer during holiday periods, sale season and due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis)

Standard Delivery For Orders £50 & Over (FREE): 2-5 working days (Please be advised, deliveries may take longer during holiday periods, sale season and due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis)

Special Delivery via Royal Mail (£5.99): Delivery is on the next working day (Monday to Thursday) when ordered by 2 pm. Any orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday and delivered by 4pm on the Monday. Any orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by 4pm on Tuesday.

In the event of any orders being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
NB: There is a 20% VAT charge for all postal costs.

All Kular Fashion orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Signed and allocated a reference number. Should you require this reference number, please contact us at and we will be happy to pass this information to you. We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re arrange delivery. 

For international orders, please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges including VAT. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs. These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you require further information.

We may require additional security checks on International orders. This may require us speaking to you in person and asking you security questions. We may ask for proof of your address before dispatching the order.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.*
