COVID-19 - Changes to Delivery Service:

Due to the measures we have put in place to protect our team during the COVID-19 crisis, there have been some changes to our delivery service. 

The safety of our customers and team at Kular Fashion is our top priority, and we are following all Government advice regarding COVID-19. In order to protect our warehouse staff, we have put safety measures in place, including strict social-distancing, reduction in shift numbers and have increased our high standard of hygiene. Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same working day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We are also working closely with Royal Mail to ensure the safe delivery of all parcels and, as a result, there may be some delays with Royal Mail services. Whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within the recommended time frame, Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm the next working day will change to by 4.00pm the next working day. However, Royal Mail will prioritise these parcels and aim to deliver them by the end of the expected delivery day. Order by 2 pm for same-day dispatch Monday - Friday.

Standard Delivery For Orders Under £25 (£2.50): 2-5 working days (Please be advised, deliveries may take longer during holiday periods and sale season)

Standard Delivery For Orders £25 & Over (FREE): 2-5 working days (Please be advised, deliveries may take longer during holiday periods and sale season)

Special Delivery via Royal Mail (£5.99): Delivery is on the next working day (Monday to Thursday) when ordered by 2 pm. Any orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday and delivered by 4pm* on the Monday. Any orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by 4pm* on Tuesday.

In the event of any orders being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
NB: There is a 20% VAT charge for all postal costs.

All Kular Fashion orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Signed and 
delivery can be fully tracked. We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re arrange delivery. Should you require your tracking information, please contact us at and we will be happy to pass this information with you. 

For international orders, please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges including VAT. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs. These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you require further information.

We may require additional security checks on International orders. This may require us speaking to you in person and asking you security questions. We may ask for proof of your address before dispatching the order.

Collection In-Store
Your order will be held at our Ferryquay Street store for 14 calendar days, after which we will cancel your order and refund you via your chosen payment method. You will need to take a print out of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and proof of ID (driving licence, passport, ID card, utility bill or payment card etc).

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.*
